These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Epic Story Studios website and services (the "Services"). By accessing the site or engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Epic Story Studios provides AI-powered narration, voice cloning, audiobook production, and related sound-design services. The specific scope, pricing, and deliverables of any project are confirmed at the point of ordering or in a separate project agreement.

You warrant that you own or hold all necessary rights to any manuscript, text, audio, or voice sample you submit, and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights or applicable law. You grant Epic Story Studios a limited license to use your content solely to produce and deliver your project. You remain responsible for the content of your work.

Where you submit a voice for cloning, you confirm that you have the right to use that voice and the consent of the speaker where required. Synthetic voice files created for your project are delivered for your authorized use and must not be used to impersonate, defraud, or mislead others.

Estimated timelines are guidelines, not guarantees, and may vary with project scope and queue. Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as specified at ordering. Additional revisions may incur further charges.

Narration and voice content is produced using AI models and may contain minor artifacts. We strive for high quality but cannot guarantee that every output is free of errors. You are responsible for reviewing delivered files and requesting revisions within the agreed window.

Upon full payment, the finished audio files for your project are licensed to you for your personal or commercial use as agreed at ordering. Epic Story Studios retains the right to display non-confidential excerpts as portfolio samples unless you request otherwise in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Epic Story Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or opportunity arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the related project.

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law. We do not guarantee that every output will meet your subjective expectations.

You agree not to use the Services to produce unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful content, or to misuse voice-cloning technology, including creating content that deceives or harasses others.

Our Services rely on third parties (e.g., Stripe, ElevenLabs, Google Drive). Their terms and policies apply to the parts they handle, and we are not responsible for their independent practices.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Epic Story Studios operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
